Venterra completes acquisition of CAPE Holland

Venterra Group Plc, the offshore wind services business, has completed the acquisition of CAPE Holland, announced on August 1st. Based in the Netherlands, CAPE Holland pioneered the use of the proven vibro hammer technology from onshore applications to offshore wind. They have built a very successful business with a highly differentiated offering as the demand for ever larger turbine foundations accelerates.
