About us
As the offshore wind sector grows to meet rising demand, the sophistication and technical requirements of larger offshore wind projects increase.
The services market remains highly fragmented, with multiple experienced but sub-scale players and with companies currently lacking capital to accelerate growth.
There is now a pressing need to support these service players to enable growth in scale and capability, so they can take their role in the energy transition and support the industry at scale.
Our strategy
Venterra is building an industry leading services company to meet this demand.
We are acquiring and partnering with select companies in the offshore wind industry, adding our management support and capital to fuel expansion. Alongside this, we are looking to back experienced management teams to explore new specialist businesses that complement the Member Companies. We are focused on key renewable service lines, staying asset-light and technology driven.

With a truly collaborative culture, our strategy and operations are overseen by an Executive Committee chaired by the CEO.
As well as helping clients decarbonise their operations and businesses, we recognise our own role in the energy transition and will develop our own Net Zero strategy. This will include achieving carbon reduction targets by 2030.
